Dylan Hill

Dylan Hill joined Hill Advisory Services in early 1999. In 2001, after an extensive mentorship program, Dylan became Vice-President of Hill Advisory Services.

He is currently a senior harassment investigator and is one of our team leaders when investigating harassment and discrimination complaints across the country. With his many years of field experience and management skills, Dylan brings a rich and diverse background to our consulting practice.

His extensive professional leadership skills provide valuable input when developing new training initiatives and custom harassment solutions for our clients across Canada. Dylan’s portfolio also includes new product development and he is our resident E-Learning expert!

He is also pursuing a Psychology degree through on-going studies and is working towards a future CHRP designation. Dylan is active with many professional development events, and is a member of The Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS).
