Level One Information
(3 day program)
- Class begins at 9 am each day and ends at 4:30 pm
- A continental breakfast is served each morning
- On the second day, you will work through lunch with your group; lunch will be served
- On the last day of Level One, you will be finished early,
no later than 3:30 pm
November 22-27, 2010
Level One and Two Information
(6 day program)
- Advance materials are provided to each participant, via email. This includes details related to the case that is worked on throughout Level Two; if you have not received this from our office 10 days prior, please contact our office to for arrange delivery.
- Class begins at 9 am each day and ends at 4:30 pm
- A continental breakfast is served each morning
- On the first day of Level One (Thursday), you will be working with your group slightly later, until approx. 5:30 pm.
- On the last day of Level Two (Saturday) you will be working through lunch with your group; lunch will be served
- You will finish slightly earlier on the last day,
no later than 3:30 pm

Registration Instructions
Please proceed to online registration on our homepage, or contact Sheri to register by phone or fax.
Upon receipt of your registration details, your invoice, along with confirmation will be provided to guarantee your seating.
As seating is limited courses tend to fill quickly, we recommend an early registration when possible.
There are no refunds after early-cut off registration dates. Credit towards future attendance or alternate attendees are accepted.
