Hill Advisory’s Intervention services is a coaching program provided to organizations,
executives, senior management and leaders in the workplace who are dedicated to
continuous improvement. Our program identifies areas for development and finds an
approach that is most suited for movement and/or resolution.
This is achieved through a series of individual respectful dialogues between a
professional practitioner, an executive, manager or supervisor experiencing work-related
challenges with interpersonal dynamics, management responsibilities or career
development pathways.
Dialogues between the individual and the practitioner occur over several weeks or
months, depending on the issues. Assignments are designed to broaden perspectives,
prioritize issues and allow for reflection in order to align the individual to choices that are
helpful and supportive. Final meeting(s) further cement the practical changes that have
occurred, a report is forwarded to the organization at the conclusion. On-going
assistance is available and often the individual may call on the practitioner on an ad hoc
basis for consultation on new developments.
Consultations and dialogues are private and between the practitioner and the individual.
The final report addresses the topics of discussion and action plans identified to
eliminate or resolve the issues. This method of support empowers the individual facing
the challenges to resolve them in a manner that is organic, practical and easy to
maintain.
